Update I’m officially dropping out my parent mental heath isn’t getting any better. I’m starting to even have dream of it that I’m constantly stress. I will try again in the spring

My mom is in significant debt due to the mortgage, and she doesn’t have a job. The insurance has been cut off. Living with them is toxic, and I constantly worry about money, which is making me stress i want to kms. The best rn is to not go to school, get a place and work full time to get insurance from my job

I want to go back to school cause I want above minimum wage job so I can get away from my family forever. My mom hasn't had a job in 10 year the few she had I basically helpped her get. I shouldn't have to be stressed. All I do is work, I havent bought new shoes and computer is half broken. She wants me to help out more like I don't already

Im going to community college so it should be covered by my state. I was going to stop working so I enjoy having a social life and maintain a good grade

yeah you’ll qualify for financial aid at most universities and probably won’t have to pay much at all to go to school. working/finances shouldn’t be an issue for you. at worst, just take out loans. fuck your parents, just move out. again, most colleges will give you enough fin aid to cover housing. look for “100% of need met” schools
