I’m saying by brushing your teeth everyday it’s one of many steps to help you make it to the next day. Feeling clean = feeling better. This is not just some #9 opinion this is psychological fact.
I'm done discussing this with someone not willing to listen to others' experiences and lives based only on their own. You can take your "psychological facts" and skip off into the sunset, because I could not care less about your opinion. I'm very proud of myself for getting out of bed at all, and dragging myself to do something I've been struggling to do. It takes little steps to climb a mountain sometimes.
