I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF MY NEIGHBOR! They put there trash can out ONE DAY EARLY. ONE. DAY. EARLY. Do we have rules in this neighborhood or are we just living like animals now??? I have already taken photographic evidence and will be contacting the HOA.
