New Rule #1: New signage must be posted in front of ALL houses. No more of that BLM or “we believe in science” signage as it makes our neighborhood seem political and unapproachable. New signage must follow the guideline suggestions (What happened to the good old American flag?)

Rule #2: Please remember to control the ODOR coming from y’all’s property as well. Some of the neighbors have complained about strange spicy smells coming from somebody who will NOT be named’s BBQ that burns their noses when they walk their poochies. (Perhaps the Garcia’s at 104 know what I’m talking about 👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨)

Rule #3 Please remind y’all’s children that rude gestures directed towards me and my husband will NOT be tolerated and DO fall under the law that would result into a strongly worded phone call to our local ICE Field Office. I didn’t want things to come to this point but enough is enough. Please don’t make me make this choice 🙏.
