Is this the Target off of Main St? That manager is something special 😡 last time I went I had a complaint, I have a severe allergy and aversion to CHEAP aromas and requested a sign at the entrance be put up stating no disgusting scents be allowed for my safety, and guess what he said, NO!!!! 😡😡😡😖
