
Not really. I should mention this is over like 2.5 months. The first two weeks I tracked everything I ate (as I normally did) to see. The next two weeks I did substitutions for some of the things. Like instead of regular I’d get low fat cheese or instead of munching on crackers I’d have a bowl of popcorn. A lot of it was just finding things I still enjoyed eating or finding options that were lighter but still enjoyable.
