Lowkey just a packet of tuna with mayo. Absolutely goated. If you want a bigger snack then throw in some rice with it

Pizza hot pockets are 10g if you want microwaveable. Canned chili and chips is a good snack too but idk how much protein that is. Ive heard a lotta people do taco bowls or nachos though, so those are good ones as well
