ok guys ik it’s hard to train just one area but how can i maximize impact on slimming my waist and tummy and calves

if you are talking about fat loss only overall fat loss will really help but if you are talking about muscle gain than you can tailor your ab exercises I think. I would look up a video on it though because I'm not knowledgeable in that area

What really helped me is focusing on my front abs rather than my obliques because when you train your obliques your growing muscles under the fat which would make you appear wider
