howwww do i make arms not boring… cardio is fine bc i just pop in a podcast n go for a run. legs are great bc i scroll while i do machines. abs are good bc i enjoy pilates. but no arm workout is entertaining enough for me to stick to it :(
Maybe going with a friend? U could also listen to a good playlist or even the same podcast you do cardio with

it is something i still struggle with but is very crucial. sometimes working out is boring, and what helps me stick with it is knowing I must have discipline to be consistent because consistency is what matters ❤️❤️
