anyone have any tips for eating a lot and gaining weight/bulking. im only 90lbs/5’3/21yrs and im really trying to get up to a healthy weight to strength train but it feels like no matter how much i eat i can’t keep any weight :/

what would be meals that you eat?

carbs, healthy fats (like avocado and cottage cheese), and slight weight training three times a weeks, try to make sure you are eating consistently and that the calories aren’t all empty calories! also make sure to drink water in between.

i’m also 5’3 and 21! Make sure to prioritize protein, carbs, and healthy fats
