Moved back home from college and I move into my apartment in august. My parents canceled our gym membership and I want abs and a fatty any at home exercise suggestions?
I have a decent ab circuit and all you would “need” is a medicine ball/kettle bell/weight for Russian twists but you could honestly do it with anything. Honestly a few textbooks would work. Will post below.
