for glutes definitely say hip thrusts, rdls, back extensions, and anything that works the hinge of ur hips (pls tuck ur chin down to help decrease back pain) for weight loss is mostly diet and a calorie deficit. lifting heavy won’t make u bulky and actually helps ur body burn more calories. ive found it does way for than cardio/ the treadmil
