Girlys how tf do I lose 10 more pounds. I’m 21 5ft 130 pounds I do have A LOT of leg muscle so ik that contributes. But I need to get down to 120.

You do know that mussels weigh more than fat so your leges are probably contributing to your weight

It’s not the best answer and probably not the easiest or most wanted but the thing that helped me the most was lots of protein, cutting out sugars (which also helped with clearing my skin tremendously) and just keep maxing on workouts. I notice the most difference in weight loss (for me) with the workouts and reps that are really hard cause I know those are the ones that build muscle. Not the ones that get easy over time! 💜
