Anyone have HEALTHY weight loss tips? I am a freshman in college and am not eating bad with what i have there but can’t seem to shave anything off still I also do go to the gym every so often
Sleeping at regular times, not eating past 8pm, calorie deficit

Penn Gillette said his greatest weight loss tip was… potatoes!!! 🥔 Just eat baked or steamed potatoes whenever you want and you’ll lose weight

if u don’t wanna count calories you can try to just decrease ur portions a little, also some foods are more calorie dense than others so maybe try eating a little less of those, cardio can help u burn calories too

if ur busy and can’t get a workout in, don’t underestimate walking on the treadmill! u could study/listen to audio recordings, podcasts/lectures, do readings etc.
