is it bad that my upper body is so much weaker than my legs? when i work out the weights are so different and i dont wanna look disproportional 😭

This is super normal especially with women! Unless you did sports that are upper body specific to train those muscles ,your upper body isn’t used to working as much. using lighter weights for upper body is so so normal

Just gotta practice and work at it more. Legs are naturally stronger tho so just put in the work and it’ll be fine. Plus, upper body is fun to train, trust me
