went to the dr today and didn’t enjoy looking at the number on the scale, so i will be reevaluating my life choices lol. any tips for someone just starting out? my main goal is to lose weight and build more muscle and become flexible again

get a food scale, it’s annoying but a lot of people are over or under eating on weight loss journeys

makes sense! i’ve been trying to get better at acknowledging the serving sizes of things but math is not my strong suit lol

okay, thank you! i’ve been hesitant about getting one since people can get ed’s that way, but i won’t be too harsh on myself cause there’s a learning curve!

if you’re worried about that you can definitely skip the tracking and just eat intuitively and just keep it healthy. as you lose more it might get less effective over time but I didn’t start tracking until I hit a plateau so it can definitely work.
