I think I have diastasis recti cuz I’m really struggling to really get rid of the b belly. Like it’s still slightly an apron belly and I wanna make it smaller so it doesn’t bulge out so much. Left is now and right was in March

From the looks of it you already seem healthy girly! In both photos honestly. I can see the progress you’ve made but I think it’d be best to build muscle growth instead of trying to loose fat. It’ll lean you out but still keep you healthy and strong!

your belly looks basically flat to me. you may have flared ribs though, and you should check for anterior pelvic tilt

Yeah I just started going to the gym because I actually lost a lot more fat than that. Cuz this was my starting weight and shape. I’m starting to build muscle like I’m noticing my quads are getting stronger and bigger and slowly starting to show even when I’m resting but I was wondering if there would be a way to get rid of my b belly. Like idrc if it’ll never be really flat cuz ur uterus is behind there but if it could not hang Id be a lot more confident in crop tops or low rise pants :-

Yeah I def have flared ribs but I ended up actually having diastasis recti cuz I felt tearing every time I did certain ab workouts
