Weighted squats don’t do anything but hurt my damn lower back. I’m trying to target my quads pls help or give me some better quad exercises!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

If your gym has one, BELT SQUAT BELT SQUAT BELT SQUAT 😍😍😍 but if not I do wall sits between short circuits on the stair master 😅

FOR REAL. One of my friends once told me that when she goes to the gym, she spends 2 hours on the stairmaster and then leaves. I was like girl you’re gonna go into cardiac arrest 😭😭
