treadmill or force urself to go on a walk. I found pokemon go to be very helpful

i walk whenever i feel like doom scrolling. then just doom scroll on my walking pad

I walk around my college campus and walk at work

I don't have a car and work on campus over the summer, so if I wanna go anywhere, I have to walk there. The key is to have a consistent thing you like going to but make sure it's at least a mile away so you can get a decent workout in on top of moving around to do normal things. For me, it was the gym🫶🏾. Also try to go the long way home. Don't always look for a shortcut.

it’s an app that tracks steps etc and u can catch pokemon. to get pokeballs and stuff you have to go to poke stops or gyms and those are usually at parks or community centers. Certain pokemon can be caught during raids or when you hit step counts. (ie, to hatch a pokemon egg you need to walk 20km) it’s a good motivator to keep moving because the more you walk, the better pokemon you can get/catch

you should try installing it and seeing if you like it or not, playing the game is a completely different experience from hearing someone talk abt it lol! There’s a lot of community day events and it’s a great way to meet other pokemon fans or ppl who walk together in your area

also 10 min after every meal. mostly bc it feels good but also adds up w steps
