Does anyone have any good workouts that don't get your heart racing too much? I love going to the gym but I recently got diagnosed with a heart problem and I can't work it too much.

Pilates and yoga are super good options!! Just listen to your body!

Honestly rock climbing, just take like 5-6 mins in between climb attempts and you should be good to go
