Hey guys i need advice on how to get toned? I know you can’t like actually target where you wanna lose weight at but i want to tone my arms i feel like my shoulders are super broad and then i have a tummy not super big but its there and wanna tone thighs

calorie deficit, lifting, and cardio.

it starts in the kitchen. clean diet in a deficit will get you there crazy fast, there's tons of awesome recipes online to make it easier.
