anything where you’re lifting to failure, using progressive overload over time, and eating a high protein diet will do the trick!a push pull legs split is great. for push i recommend some kind of chest press, tricep press, and shoulder press. for pull do lat pull downs, a type of row, assisted pull ups, and a type of bicep curl. for legs i like leg press, squats, bulgarian split squats or any other lunge type, leg extension, leg curl, hip thrusts (pick maybe 4 of those per workout)
