How do you figure out workout splits? Im Used to doing one leg day one arm day but then I don’t know where to put compound or core or anything like that
I choose three of each. Like legs, back, and arm day. Then I choose some exercises from muscle wiki. But chat is great.

ive done ppl for a year and really like it and its pretty easy to follow. i do compound movements early in each workout to get the best exertion out of them and then add on 10 min of core after every lift and do a dedicated cardio core day too :)
