No I know I know it’s just like I feel bad or guilty when I eat cuz my body dysmorphia has gotten significantly worse in the last month or so 😂😂 so I have to remind myself that what I’ve had so far in the day is not enough to keep me healthy and all the things.

It also doesn’t help that my access to healthy food is also kind of limited rn or the food I’m willing to eat at least.

No😂😂😂 it’s not even that although I have definitelyyy experienced that. I don’t have a kitchen rn and I don’t like to eat most things raw. I have a rice cooker but my executive dysfunction kind of limits what I allow myself to do with it
