
I recently started creatine and I would recommend!! The scale plateaued for a couple weeks because water weight, and I had to pee a lot, but I’m over a month into it now and I’m losing weight again and the peeing thing is back to normal lol. About 2 weeks into creatine I was able to add weight to every lift which was cool. And I also recommend PeScience (cookies and cream!!) and also I recently got Ryse chocolate cookie blast and if you’re a chocolate fiend I would 100% recommend.SO good in oats
