my wrists hurt whenever i do literally any exercise like bicep curls or smth please help 😭 am i just weak? holding it wrong? why?

I used to have the same problem. I think it honestly just took me a while to build strength in my wrists. Wrist straps are deftly an option too. You can also do lighter weights but more reps if that feels better.

Try wrist wraps!! I just got some on Amazon for like $3 with prime and they came in yesterday. Used them just today and they help so much I added another 5lb to my preacher curls

I had the same problem but for my knees :’) it goes away after a few weeks (less if you go more frequently) as you build more muscle to support those joints

weak/stressed tendons, do your own research but I've heard collagen may help

Also they are at stores like Dunhams, Walmart, any sort of sports stores but Amazon is the cheapest I’ve found

This is gonna sound so dumb but how the heck do you use them I’ve followed all the YouTube tutorials and everything but there must be something I’m not getting bc it never seems to help me

Like how to put them on or how they work? They act kind of like a brace to keep your wrists straight so they don’t bend backwards when doing stuff like chest presses or bicep curls. To put them on usually there’s a thumb loop, you wrap it around your wrist fairly tight so your wrists can’t bend backwards as much, then it usually has a velcro or similar closure
