I’ve lost a good amount of weight but my entire lower stomach is all loose skin is there a way to fix that ?

Weighted bicycle kicks, v ups and leg flutters. 100 count for each. One set in the am and one before bed. It'll be gone in a year.

You put insane work in! Try to build muscle but really the only way to avoid it is to prevent it by slow weightloss so your skin has time to adjust with the change. If you focus on gaining muscle all around it’ll fill out and might help the stomach area as well. However i hope you can come to accept it as it is a part of your body that has obviously done so much and genuinely no one notices or cares xo

Honestly what I did isn’t realistic. When I started I didn’t work and I spent like 4 hours in the gym. I lost weight but now it’s all loose skin I wouldn’t recommend doing what I did
