How do yall stay consistent that’s my biggest downfall 😭 school, work, and homework have my neurodivergent ass so exhausted it’s so hard to workout on top of it but I wanna be a muscle mommy yk?

Tbh I’ve accepted that not every day of the month is going to be equally productive. I think I might have PMDD, and the week or two before my period I always feel sluggish, so I just try to prioritize mental rest then and getting out for a long walk if I can. Then I pick the gym stuff back up on like day 3
