I know I can’t get rid of hip dips or narrow hips but are there by any chance any workouts that give the appearance/illusion of wider hips? I hate being rectangle shaped
Short answer: No, not really
Long answer: I still feel somewhat rectangular but glutes and lats give a different shape, only not so much from a front-facing angle

Hip abduction’s probably would help they are also just good for hip stability

Here's what I mean. I can't really change the front view aside from making my back/shoulders wider, but the glutes/lats make the hips a bigger contrast from a side view

Maybe I'm biased because I definitely have dysmorphia looking at my own hips. But roughly 200 leg days and training abductors between this picture and the others and I don't think I've changed the width of my hips
