What are your goals for the gym? Lose weight gain muscle?

Yes! Even if I could just lose the extra flab around my body I’d be happy. I was 120 my freshman year of HS, I’d give anything to go back to that

Cardio after workouts! Even if it’s just 30 minutes; treadmill at a 3 incline 3 speed, biking, swimming, etc. this is my current split:

Honestly, I’m in the same boat. First time having access to the gym in college (and actually using it) and I just put my goals into chat and it gave me this split. You could try doing that and see if there’s anything different it gives you!
