Hi girlies! I’m interested in getting into the gym but I have no clue where to start. My goal is to lose a little bit of a muffin top that I have and generally lose weight on my stomach and thighs. If yall have any tips they would be much appreciated!! 🫶
make sure to allow yourself rest days! sometimes it can’t easy to overwork when you’re not seeing immediate results but it’s just as important to rest as it is to workout
