How do I genuinely stop thinking about food. I think about what my next meal is and what I want to eat. I need to think about other things other than food. How do i stop the thoughts!
Sometimes it’s just about finding a distraction and sometimes drinking water helps. If you’ve tried other things to stop the thoughts but truly can’t, think about healthy snacks

drinking water always helps me!! I also vape so that suppresses my hunger a lot but I do not recommend it 😭😭
