For legs/glutes, I do sled leg press, weighted Bulgarian split squats, weighted calf raises, hip thrusts with a dumbbell, and leg curls— if I do it right, I’m sore for the next two days 😝

I love to do dead bugs, planks and a plank with a dumbbell. For legs and glutes I like to do modified rdls, hip thrust with the barbell, and walking lunges
