hey queens, tips on how how to not feel demotivated when regressing? beginner at the gym been consistent w ppl routine but not sure if it’s normal to sometimes do less reps than last time w newbie gains 😭😭😭😭

just remember how far you’ve come!! and remember the further you get the longer it takes to progressive overload. make sure ur getting ur rest, recovery, and nutrition and things will progress eventually! good things take time:) you got it
