There’s no life hack, you either do it or you don’t. You simply have to care enough to better yourself. You don’t have to start 6x a week in the gym you can start at a day or two at a less busy time so you can get the hang of things but you have to stay consistent.

don’t get hung up on the fear of messing it up, starting is the hardest part and it’s completely normal to have slip ups or mess up but just try to stay consistent
