Any girlies out there able to give some tips on how to lose face fat?

you can't spot reduce fat. it's the same as normal fat loss: calorie deficit

to an extent u can reduce it by being in a calorie deficit and lots of cardio (but u can’t spot reduce it) BUT some ppl just naturally have lots of facial fat, im like 110 lbs and my face is lowk fat af and it will NOT go away lol, so it may depend on your genetics

Tbh what helped me most is cardio daily & massages every night. Cutting out sodium & sugar and gluten or limiting intake. & also my wisdom teeth being removed

Cutting added sugars really reduces my bloating, esp in the face, and lymphatic drainage massages (you can do them on yourself) also make me look sharper and more youthful

Increase potassium and reduce your sodium! Also alcohol and sugar make you bloat so avoid that as well. Lose weight and do lymphatic drainages every morning

Its hard at college tbh. But I’m gonna try and lock in this semester because my mom gave me some chicken grill thing, so I’m hoping to eat more chicken instead of dining hall food. Just preparing half the week Sunday and vice versa Wednesday night since it’s my off days with track

See I know I can lose it bc last year it was more define, but as time went on and my old lifting coach who trained us like the football team and had the heat up in the weight room had left… I haven’t been sweating or putting that much intensity into my lifts with my actual coach.
