low cal high protein whole foods. i'm five one and went from 135 to 115-110 lean. stick to animal proteins, yogurt, and fruits w some low gi veggies. cut out processed and sugar foods. and most important... calorie deficit is the only way to loose weight. the high protein is what maintains muscle mass
