Does anyone know why i feel significantly weaker and get more sore after missing like two or three days in the gym? Im not loosing muscle that fast i know but its so frustrating

Tbh it’s probably in your head. Except for the soreness. But the weakness is most likely in your head.

There’s studies that say that after a lift your growth hormone and test goes up which is gonna allow you to lift more. If you’re lifting consistently these levels will stay elevated. It sounds like what you’re experiencing is a drop in those levels, and that’s all.

Are you drinking or eating worse or sleeping less on those days off?
