Recommended on the go breakfast foods? I’m trying to lose weight and I’m terrible at eating breakfast because I have class every morning and go straight to work, anything helps guys fr, let me know your thoughts!

honestly if you have time one day a week to meal prep that’s probably the way to go if it works for you
