drink more water it’ll make you feel more full as well as focus on foods that make you feel fuller like chia seed pudding, low on calories but high in volume, watermelon etc

Tea, soups (no cals basically seasoned water) sugar free jello, low fat greek yogurt with sugar free pudding, deli meat wraps with lots of salad and 45 cal mission keto tortillas, I can go on and on lol!
