I totally get that it sounds like a lot, but honestly, I used to eat and drink pretty badly. Since I started going to the gym every day and following a plan created by a dietician who’s monitoring me weekly, it’s been a healthy change. Thank you <3 I went to a dietician who evaluated my whole body and created a meal plan just for me. We found out I needed more protein and veggies, so now I make sure to have both at every meal. I still eat whatever I’m craving, but I watch my portions so I don’t feel restricted. I think that balance really helps, avoiding a bad relationship with food is super important for me. That’s been my approach so far!

I treat my gym time like “me time” like I’m spoiling my body a little after neglecting it for so long. I mix it up too, lifting, dancing, whatever feels fun. Be patient with yourself, you’ve got this!
