First month ever working out and eating right, and I’m down 20 lbs (185 → 165). If you’re thinking of starting, do it! 💓

I totally get that it sounds like a lot, but honestly, I used to eat and drink pretty badly. Since I started going to the gym every day and following a plan created by a dietician who’s monitoring me weekly, it’s been a healthy change. I’m feeling good and taking care of myself, so no worries, thank you for your concern <3

Thank you <3 I went to a dietician who evaluated my whole body and created a meal plan just for me. We found out I needed more protein and veggies, so now I make sure to have both at every meal. I still eat whatever I’m craving, but I watch my portions so I don’t feel restricted. I think that balance really helps, avoiding a bad relationship with food is super important for me. That’s been my approach so far!

Thank you 🥹 You can totally get there too, just find something you enjoy and don’t think of it as punishment. I treat my gym time like “me time” like I’m spoiling my body a little after neglecting it for so long. I mix it up too, lifting, dancing, whatever feels fun. Be patient with yourself, you’ve got this!
