I’ve been on a weight loss journey for about a year now, I’ve been logging calories tracking macros and I’ve lost 60 pounds. I’ve become borderline ed, I feel awful about myself. Do I stop focusing on losing? Stop tracking just eat and lift? Will I gain.

try to do a maintenance phase and eat intuitively for a while. dont count calories. eat when youre hungry and try to make sure its healthy but dont think too much about it. for example i had cereal (cuz its delicious) and then fruit on the side for health lol. its never that serious enough to make you feel awful. maybe take a week off from the gym to rest and treat yourself and start back up slowly. youve got this! youre not gonna gain all your weight back instantly

youre not gonna gain all your weight back instantly. a pound is 3500 calories. youd have to eat 3500 calories every day for a while to ruin your progress. it will all be okay!!! hang in there and remember fitness should be fun, not make you sad :)
