So I’ve been lifting weights for years now but I’m starting to get a lil bored with it- thoughts on taking more Pilates/barre classes? My concern is losing muscle/gaining weight bc it’s not as intense
As for losing muscles, you likely will lose some of the BULK in ur muscle, but you will likely stay toned and strong. As for gaining wait I seriously doubt you will. Most intense Pilates/yogalates classes literslly take people out
