Hey gym girlies! I already gained the “freshman 15” over the summer and I really need to get it off. For the PCOS girls who have lost that weight, what did your grocery lists look like? Also what kind of workouts do I need to start doing?

you don’t technically need to do any type of workouts to lose weight, you just need to be in a caloric deficit (eating less calories than you burn in a day). you can find daily calorie needs calculators online and adjust your daily intake to fit your goals. a mix of weightlifting and your choice of cardio is best to become more fit and to make the weight loss come easier. focus on whole foods and try to eat a good amount of protein and fiber to stay full throughout the day
