decided to do a controlled “cheat day” because i felt like my body needed it but instead i ended up binging on thousands… like, thousands…of calories. i literally ate half a box of cereal plus so so much other food…hoping it doesn’t affect my wl journey:(
One cheat day will not ruin your journey. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Also instead of a cheat day I would recommend a balanced diet. You can have like one sweet treat a day. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing

your body understands you’re in a rest day and will forgive you! don’t be so hard on yourself, your body has taken you through so many journeys and you’re doing the best you can 🫶
