Does anyone have any advice on gaining weight because of birth control? I’ve started to gain weight because of it so I really want to try and develop a three day gym routine and diet to counteract it.

Yeah some BC pills made me swell/bloat a lot more than others. Also, every woman is different, but I noticed that high intensity workouts made me really puffy. When I stopped those and just did low impact workouts and walking an hour every day with a weighted vest - I leaned out tremendously.

Honestly a simple strength training and cardio workout routine would work perfectly. I would also just talk to your doctor about different forms of birth control cuz maybe this is just not the best one for u
