Fall in love with fiber. eat hella salad, find a greens mix u fw and douse that shit up in something u like. I like nooch, salt, pepper, & garlic powder, or a little balsamic glaze and some chopped fruit. Enjoy ur salad a few mins before lunch/dinner as often as possible.
