Any tips to lose weight. I know calorie deficit but idk where to start with that or anything else

Fall in love with fiber. eat hella salad, find a greens mix u fw and douse that shit up in something u like. I like nooch, salt, pepper, & garlic powder, or a little balsamic glaze and some chopped fruit. Enjoy ur salad a few mins before lunch/dinner as often as possible. Fiber should help with satiety & curbing blood sugar spikes. focus on adding healthy things to u diet and learning to enjoy them, ur body will adjust over time to the new lifestyle and naturally burn fat stores
