better to find something you enjoy doing (swimming, biking, weightlifting, hiit, etc) but i get u i also love food

As a runner I honestly don’t feel like it really makes me lose weight. I think it just makes me gain more muscle in my legs. Could possibly be bc I have done it for a while but I mainly notice if I stop for some time that my legs feel weaker. Sometimes notice a little bit in my face but might just be in my head honestly
