hi girls! any workouts to get started in the gym? i’m going through a breakup and trying to get out of the rut. i’ve been in the gym before and know some equipment but i really want to start going and getting motivated but have no clue where to start
I started going to the gym a month ago as a beginner and I do a PPL routine (Push Pull Legs). There’s a lot of info on r/fitness that I thought was helpful
