It irritates me that I can see definition in my arms I know I’m building muscle in my legs and I’ve been working out for almost 2 years but it feels like my stomach hasn’t changed in size at all

building muscle doesn't change fat distribution. you probably did lose size in the stomach but if you want to lose more you will need to cut body fat with a diet

Do cardio before and after your workouts and drink WATER. When you first start on your water journey you’re gonna be super bloated and be pisseddddd cus ik I was but give it a couple weeks and your water baby will be gone. Also, you could be bloated bc you have bad a digestive system and don’t know it! (Me as well) start taking fiber gummies and that’ll help too!! 🤍🤍
